Setup

Installation

Redex ERP installation is approached with a project management methodology. These activities are quite disciplined and team-managed. The project manager leads the project management execution activities. The business leader, president, or general manager takes on the project leadership and sponsorship role. For the project manager, employees in this practice are members of the project team. It is expected that members working in the installation team have at least two years of experience, have fully embraced the company’s mission and vision, clearly identified their expectations from the system, and work in coordination with other members. The table below explains the factors effective in the installation and implementation of ERP software; PHASES

Initiation: The phase where various internal and external factors affecting the establishment of ERP systems by businesses are analyzed.

Preparation: The phase where investment decisions, benefit-cost analysis related to ERP installation, and provider/brand selection are made.

Adaptation: The phase where businesses customize ERP software to fit their own workflows.

Acceptance: The phase where ERP becomes fully usable within the business.

Routinization: The phase where users understand and accept the new ERP system. ERP applications become routine and daily business processes within the organization.

Assimilation: The phase where businesses benefit from all advantages of the new ERP system. Efforts to perfect the system are ongoing.
