For our Redex ERP versions, if needed, we provide support via remote connection (Alpemix, AnyDesk) to customers with a Redex ERP Software and Support Agreement. By connecting online to customer computers, we enable fast resolution of issues. For customers without an agreement, we offer services on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 with a service fee.
